Let’s start by creating the character.
We’re gonna do everything from @LTXStudio, and I’ll drop the access link at the end of the thread. Go to image generation, pick a 1:1 ratio, and use the prompt you see in the image.

Now let’s make the first scene. Upload the character image, set the aspect ratio to 16:9, and have it build the scene around it with relight and scaling.
Prompts are in the ALTs, and you can tweak outfits or props too.

And now we can start animating to bring the story to life!
In LTX, I picked the video option with Veo 3 Fast, which lets you add a reference image and a JSON prompt like the ones in the image ALTs.

Now there are a few ways to keep visual consistency.
1. Grab the last frame and animate it (I’ve shared a tutorial a couple of days ago)
2. Or take a frame from the scene, edit it with Kontext in LTX, and animate it

And to top it off, why not make a loading screen?
