Here's a new model I've put together on Replicate

Here's a new model I've put together on Replicate for doing a face-swap with Ideogram's Character model:

- sa2va-8b-image generates a face mask
- ideogram-character with reference image, target image and the mask for inpainting
- claude to auto generate the prompt based on the original target

Costs about $0.11 to run and takes about 35s

Here's a slightly trickier subject, using one of @janekm’s Dreamina creations as a starting point.

Might need to tweak the claude prompt to get the direction of stare right, and also any piercings.
