Justin Rose hard at work and a great pick for the forthcoming Scottish and 🇬🇧 Open’s. Golf swings are like paintings that never get finished and players are always tweaking, honing and trying to stay within their technical blueprint. What you can learn>>>>Great sequence going back with club and arms leading the action followed by a strong cantered coil. There’s a gentle raise up of the upper torso as he gets ready to move toward the target in transition and push down into the ground which helps low point, attack angle and ground force/speed. (He’s historically struggled with his transition losing his arm structure and getting narrow and steep which is why you see he exaggerated drill keeping his back to the target). Body opens at impact but I’d say he’s always trying to keep the head moving forward and shoulders opening with leg posting to ensure he can stabilise the face at impact and reduce the trail arm flip, which he hates. Overall a beautiful action with thousands of hours of complete dedication and hard work. Good luck to him, I’m off down the bookies 👍👌🏼⛳️👊🏻🇬🇧 (vid @fooch97)
