The new LTX video model is really good! This is an image to video workflow and it's all generated locally on my machine! It's a bit more of a crash landing than I would've liked but directing action is a dev focus for me at the moment so expect more on that later. What is exciting is the temporal stability! It's way superior to the WAN model and others, which exhibit a lot of artifacts and vector warping especially along edges and high contrast areas. And I see it also produces audio! ;-) Open source is totally rocking it atm.
