Start with a full-time Executive Assistant. Not part-time, not hourly.
Go all in. Hiring part-time means they won't be fully invested.
Then with an EA handling admin work, you can double your billable hours.
Step 4: Stop being proud of chaos.
Giving clients your cell number doesn't make you a hero. It makes you miserable - AND it makes you look too available.
Taking calls, handling your own billing, and doing e-filing yourself aren't badges of honor - they're holding you back.
Step 5: Trust > micromanage.
Hire smart people, train them well, then let them work.
You're not building a team to babysit them.
You're building it so you can finally focus on the big picture.
Step 6: Simply keep going.
EA → Receptionist → Intake → Billing → Marketing → Legal Assistant
Each hire compounds your freedom.
In 24 months, you can transform from 0K to ~0K+ in annual revenue, with profits hovering around 0K.
Step 7: Hire Off-Shore
The secret to making this affordable: international talent.
You can build your entire 7-person team for under ,000/month—about 1/3 the cost of domestic hires.
The quality is exceptional, and they're highly educated, highly motivated professionals who will transform your business.
