Why use only ChatGPT or only Midjourney when you can combine the best of both? Here’s a practical example: I’m creating a children’s picture book — and to make it truly professional, I’m using the strengths of both tools. ✅ ChatGPT excels at writing and keeping character consistency — two things Midjourney still struggles with. ✅ Midjourney, on the other hand, offers an unmatched variety of illustration styles, which ChatGPT doesn’t yet have. 👉 So here’s what I did: I used one of my custom Niji styles (subscribe if you want access to a wide range of illustration styles) and uploaded 4 reference images to ChatGPT to teach it the visual style I wanted to use for the book. From there, the process is almost automatic. I asked ChatGPT to create a cover (with a title it came up with — though I could’ve chosen one myself) and 3 inner pages, following a storyline and maintaining consistent characters throughout. ChatGPT also keeps the typography consistent, which is a huge plus. And the best part? You can easily write your own text — or ask ChatGPT for suggestions. Can you see how easy it is to create a children’s picture book with today’s tech?
